Have used them for about 2 years and now in the process of changing to another host. The straw that broke the camels back. Customer support is in Indi...
a and is NOT 24/7. No service in US daytime hours and NO WEEKEND service at all. Sometimes they respond in the same 24 hour cycle. Sometimes it's 4 days. Sometimes they fix it 1st shot, sometimes not. Email server down a lot.

SiteGround restricted access to emails and our website with 14h notice, as the plan was insufficient. The upgrade was worth £40. This is highly unprof...
essional, as small businesses rely on using their email constantly and the website needs to be functional. Surely there are many ways of getting £40 out of your clients in a civilised manner, other that sending a random email and then stopping all services within 14h. We will definitely be changing providers and strongly advising our partners against using SiteGround.
