If you are running a large Chinese non-delivery fraud network, you will love Hostinger. They will not investigate.
I reported a VPS (2.25.77.36 / s
...rv1801385.hstgr.cloud) that authenticated to a GoDaddy mailbox and sent fraudulent order and shipping emails with fake Track718 tracking. I included the IP, hostname, related domains, and email headers. Hostinger replied that the information was not sufficient and asked for more evidence. They did not examine their own server logs or the account behind the IP.
The result is that a rented Hostinger VPS can be used to send scam emails and the company will not act unless the reporter packages the proof to their exact preference. That is not an abuse process. It is a way to ignore the report.
