Been with 1&1 / IONOS for several years and have had no problems to speak of ... if I had any problems/questions, their customer support was always fast and helpful. Highly recommended!

Had three servers crash within a week. When I asked for a reason for outage all they could provide was 'there was a problem with the virtual drive'. Customer systems were down with no time frame of when the error would be ... Mer corrected. When reimaging servers with the same IP address, I found the IP remained unusable unless I rebuilt the machine from scratch. Unacceptable. Moved to AWS as a result and during the transition, while I had a customers server down, the site went down for maintenance. Unacceptable. They should provide a heads up to customers when this is going to occur. Good for tinkerers, not good for a production environment. Mindre
