...utes, and almost always delivered. Since the company was acquired by Hosting.com, the technical service has declined significantly. Chat support is practically nonexistent, the VPS went down several times, and worst of all, I’ve now found out they canceled the money-back guarantee.
Back when the company was still A2 Hosting, I paid 3 years in advance knowing that if I ever decided to leave, I could request a refund at any time — like practically every hosting company offers. But for that to work, the service has to be good and people need to want to stay. Hosting.com removed this option and doesn’t honor the conditions that were in place when I paid upfront. They refuse to return my money — I’m basically a hostage of this disastrous company. They keep charging me for a service that is no longer the same, and they take no responsibility for anything.
