Fake features, slow servers , you will never get what they promise! Your websites performance will fall down 100%
Last month I bought the CAISC Bonze plan following positive reviews of users but I was surprised that they have moved us to DirectAdmin panel instead
...of the 10 Cpanels they still promising in their website. They are not professional as they will nover send you a notification email about any planned changes and I discovered that by chance while asking the CDN activation via their whatsapp support team, at that time I had less than 5 days left from the end of 30 days refund period , It will be really hard to migrate your websites, especially if the domain names are bought through them so they will remain blocked 60 days. It is their dishonest strategy take you to their comfort zone then impose what they want and force you to accept their changes . I do not recommend using their webhosting services as the performance of any website will get down if using Directadmin instead of cpanel as well as they will migrate your websites to Direcadmin not cpanel and the reason is that cpanel is raising prices next January 2022. That was not the product or plan features we have bought , their answer take it or take your refund ( 5 days left from the end of their 30 days refund policy will never help you if buy domain names through them and it will push you to find a new hosting provider, extra cost and possible downtime headache ).
Guys, be aware their service is crap and I perfer to pay more with GreenGeeks, FastComet that I am still using or Scalahosting, chemicloud that are offering a great technical and support service instead of the crap CAISC HOSTING www.caisc.co.in , you believe that their service is cheap but when you get in you recognise that you are paying 10 times more expensive than have been supposed to be.
