Writing as an active customer who wanted to use the company's services — but ran into obstacles the service makes no effort to resolve.
1. VPN servers are unavailable, no compensation offered. I purchased the Starter VPN plan in April 2026. UK, US, and Canada servers are inaccessible when connecting from Russia. I contacted support (Ticket #639549) and, on my own initiative, collected and submitted logs — without being asked.
