I ran into a few issues when I was making my site, but their tech support was able to help guide me along. There is also a free shopping cart if your site is a business site.

s site took 15 seconds to load. On BlueHost, it now takes 1.5 seconds. The Omnis user interface is confusing, slow, disjointed, and literally looks like it's from the 80s. Our web designer logged in once and started laughing. Their tech support is typically rude and not helpful. I always feel like I'm interrupting a moody teenager from his video games.

I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist.
also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues.
Personally, I would not recommend it to any of my clients.
