other service provider. I remember when I was in China when I cannot access my gmail as gmail is block in China. My account is link gmail.I panick as I do not know what to do. I contact the customer support and they guide me through the process of verification and guide me on how change my email to yahoo. I feel relieve when I can acesss my hosting account.

There are times when I need help with the hosting configuration when I host my site using wordpress. The customer support was very professional as they know what is the problem and within a few minutes, my problems is solved. Sometimes when I face configuration issues the online live chat which is 24/7 are always there to assist and retify the problems. And when they cannot retify, they will escalate a ticket and refer the problems on the network engineers who fix the problems within a short time. They are dedicated to provide good customer support and professional in handling panic customer like me. They always give me the assurance that they understand the problems and will retify immediately. I am very happy to use the services and I will continue using the services. Keep up the good work Mocha Team. |

I purchased mochahost because all I wanted was to have a good email hosting without paying a lot of money.

I realized why mochahost is so cheap!

Nothing is automatically set (for instance the domain and the host are not connected and you can't easily connect them yourself!) .Their website has possibly the worst UI ever, which I think is on purpose! (I'll get to this at the end) .There is no way you can use that "Free SSL certificate" that came with your package! Unless the support team feels good and is up to help you, you will never have the https behind your domain name. .Their support's job is to confuse you. They once told me to contact my domain registrar even though I purchased my host and domain from them. After doing some research, I figured that they are a reseller of the domain registrar and it is ONLY in their power to fix the situation. After I told them this, they fixed a problem in 1 minute! . Their support website doesn't even have an SSL certificate itself! I guess their are hosting their own website and don't know how to use the "free SSL certificate". LOL Generally I think that their business plan is that they want to sell cheap features to a lot of people and make sure that people aren't using these features to keep the costs low! The way they can achieve this is to have a terrible UI with a lot of hidden features and an unhelpful support team (who is always there, but never helps) |
