Update 2023-03-06 Today I received an invoice for a domain renewal, despite the promise from the above mentioned person of a year free with a domain transfer. According to their customer service, I have to pay if I want to keep my domain. Unfortunately it seems like they make promises they can't keep.
Reply to myself 2023-03-08. I was contacted by Lina who admitted their mistake and they actually gave me a full refund for the paid invoice regarding our domain.

Stabel Host är en väldigt oseriös aktör. Först så skriver dem ut ett pris på hemsidan och när du köper så omvandlas det till dollar kurs så du betalar mer än vad dom skrivit reklam om att det ska kosta i svenska kronor. Sen när det inte fungerar varken att köpa eller när man väl lyckats köpa så är deras support ett stort skämt då supporten hela tiden säger att nu ska det funka hos oss funkar det men har provat och skickat bilder på att det inte funkar från olika enheter olika ip adresser olika browser.
Och när man påtalat dessa negativa saker på ex Facebook så raderar dem dom dåliga omdömena samt dom kommentarerna som är för dåliga mot dom. Hade hellre sett att dem bemött dessa med konstruktiva svar.
