Right from the beginning we were less than impressed M3Server. After 2 months we requested cancellation of our server a week before our next billing was due yet they still went ahead and charged our card. Repeated requests to their support desk for acknowledgement & a refund go unanswered. Screenshot supplied. The reviews on this site & others we read about M3Server must be fake.
In truth I can't comment on performance yet having only recently purchased hosting. What I can say is that customer support was a breath of fresh air compared to other hosting companies I've used. Not to name names or anything, but one of them rhymes with "Shmost Shmator."
I had a support rep named Ryan working with me through the process of signing up, answering my questions (a conversation that extended over an hour) and even went out of his way to draw up a custom invoice so that I could qualify for a discount that attracted me to M3.
The prices are right on par with the services, and the support alone would be worth some extra. Highly recommend M3.
After having a VPS through M3Server for 2 years now, I can confidently say their product & support is unmatched! I've never experienced downtime with their servers and customer service is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.
