I opened an account with them when I started my company a year and a half ago. Right off the bat was experiencing issues with them, so went to cancel and get a refund, and they wanted additional money from me. I should have saved the emails. Over the course of the year I had with them I had about 50% uptime on my site, on a good week. Most of the time my site would be down for maintenance for 2-3 days, then back up for one, then down for another 2-3 days.When it did work it was very slow. Neither Drupal, or Wordpress would work right on it so I had to use Joomla and hated it. They charge extra for their web builder, which runs through Weebly, at normal cost. May as well go straight to the source.When I canceled after the year, they wouldn't give me the code to transfer the domain to another host until I threatened to contact the BBB on them. Worst support of all time, Verizon has nothing on how bad their support is.On the upside, they do have cPanel, depending on what day of the week it is.
