In fact there is no support. They have a chat thing and all they can say there is "hi" and then nothing happens. The only good thing here is the price and some basic features but they are zeroed because of the absence of support.
If there is a -10 star, I would give it to their support. Unresponsive most of the times. And when they did, they promised to look into a problem and never got back to you. It is better to just leave this hosting and invest your money somewhere else. I have 5 domains and two hosting on this company and I intend to move all of them someplace else.
