Nunca contraten ningún servicio de hostgator, van a pasar rabia y angustia, son servicios de muy mala calidad, el VPS que contraté nunca funciono bien y lo peor de todo es que nos echaban la culpa a nosotros, sus clientes. tambien teniamos un dominio el cual no enviaban las notificaciones de que iba a caducar y cortaban el servicio, después para querer pagar tenían problemas con el servicio de pago que tenían en el portal y web, pasamos meses tratando de pagar el servico. FAVOR NO CONTRATEN HOSTGATOR, si el proyecto es serio, alojaran a empresas serias, no hagan ni tal, van a tener millones de problemas con sus clientes.
Si estoy de acuerdo, cada ticket lo responden literalmente cada 2 o 3 días si te va bien, si no se atravieza el fin de semana y te contestan con otra pregunta y links para que tu lo hagas nada recomedable.
The web was collapsing every other day, they told us that the server was not the correct one and they change the server for us but the issue continued, after 2 months from the purchase we changed our host and asked for a refund because we had to change because it was not working properly. But they told us that we weren't in the policy refund and not eligible for a refund.
La web se caía todo varias veces e iba lenta, nos dijeron que el servidor que teníamos no era el correcto y nos lo cambiaron pero seguía sin funcionar. Después de 2 meses de la compra decidimos cambiar de Hosting porque no funcionaba bien. Pedimos un reembolso pero no nos lo dieron porque no estabamos "dentro de los días habiles de devolución"
Fuero de eso este año 2021 le subieron el precio sin previo aviso al reseller aluminio y no subieron las gigas de almacenameinto continuo en 60 gigas, mi plan este año quedo en 209.70 dólares si pagué 179.70 el año pasado
El soporte malisimo, te responden una vez al día, y la respuesta no avanza en nada. Poca seguridad es la que entregan. Además que te hacen perder todo tu tiempo. EL PEOR SERVICIO DE HOSTING, CON EL QUE HE TRABAJADO, CAMBIENSE A AMAZON, GOOGLE, no estos servidores de estafadores.
bueno en las opciones pero falta mas cobertura en el idioma español y mas ofertas tiene muy limitadas algunas ofertas y mas planes para los usuarios, mas opciones de campo y también agregar configuraciones mas sencillas

Tendrás acceso a un Chat (que no te resolverá nada) y podrás levantar un Ticket de soporte... relájate y tómate varios cafés... no recibirás respuesta EN DIAS!!! incluso puede que NUNCA recibas respuesta.
