They lured me with their prices which were initially low. I only planned to run two or three Wordpress websites with very low traffic of around 40 users per day. The absolutely new and fresh Wordpress installs supposedly immediately exceeded the allocated resources so I upgraded to a higher plan which was already more expensive than the competition. I still triggered an 'excessive resource usage alarm' even though the wordpress installs were new, with 3-4 plugins, all up to date. So my website was getting suspended almost every day. At one point I've decided to delete my other two websites and used only one. Still the same issue. Support responded fast but their attitude was 'we don't care, it's your problem'.
So to put things short: do not expect to be able to use even a fraction of the things they promise. I am happy to run away from them but I don't expect a refund unfortunately.
Хороший хостинг, пользуюсь уже более 3х лет. Несколько раз приходилось общаться с саппортом, вопросы решались оперативно. Стоимость аренды VPS сильно ниже остальных, но качество предоставляемой услуги на высоте. Пишу свой отзыв из-за неприятного события, которое произошло недавно. К большому сожалению хостер решил сделать рассылку с балансом каждого клиента и каким-то образом сделал одно групповое письмо клиентам, в котором находились личные данные - ФИО и адрес. Мне тоже пришло такое письмо с персональными данными других клиентов. Ситуация неприятная, поэтому за безопасность ставлю минимальную оценку. В остальном (повторюсь) хостинг отличный.
Мразотный хостинг, взял тариф на год, развернул пару сайтов, через пару дней замечаю, что фаервол WP ругается на изменения файлов, проверяю и вижу, что эти твари модифицировали мои файлы WP и начали выводить в футере ссылки на свой хостинг по типу "Powered by Hostens". Я такого беспредела от платных хостингов ещё в жизни не видел - https://prnt.sc/11asyz7
Hello Serhii, this feature was turned off years ago. However, it appears to be working on your site. We are currently working on fixing this bug and no changes will be done in the future. As it should be.
Three months of using VPS, and I recieve this email:
"Node s10-a16-lt1 failure. Couple days ago we received alerts about filesystem failure in one of our storage node. Unfortunately, we are not able to bring it up. Do not worry, we will recreate your storage VPS in another node and provide you with your old server data in /backup folder."
My old server data were not provided. Moreover, the hoster don't provide backup service for "Storage VPS".
Fortunately, the lost data were not important because the server was used for test purposes.
