I've used GoDaddy WordPress Hosting for one of my blogs and found this hosting Really Amazing. Because I was already doing Blogging So I was so much excited for this new Hosting and I done so many Test(Page Speed, Server Uptime and Support) and the results that I got are really good. I think you should also use GoDaddy Services.
Automatische Verlängerung / Keine Rückerstattung trotz mehrmaligem Versprechen
Wir hatten da ein Zertifikat, sündhaft teuer. Dann brauchten wir es nicht mehr und es wurde automatisch verlängert (für über 700 Euro). Mehrmaliges Versprechen eines Agenten, den Betrag umgehend zurückzusenden, ergab bis heute nichts. Dann heute die Antwort, dass keine Rückerstattung möglich ist. Das ist reine Abzocke und absolute Kundenfeindlichkeit. Ich kann jedem anraten die Finger von dieser Firma zu lassen. Das "Theater" dauert nun seit mehr als einem Jahr. DIe Firma ist kaum erreichbar und der Mitarbeiter der mir das Versprechen abgab ist offenbar nicht mehr bei dieser Firma. Toll. Da bin ich einer betrügerischen Firma auf den Leim gegangen.
Abzocke, Datenmissbrauch und einfach nur eine Katastrophe!
Wollte für mein Gewerbe eine kleine Website erstellen. Benutzeroberfläche vom Websiten-Tool ist lächerlich und viel zu teuer.
Habe mich dann entschieden, dass ich damit noch etwas warte und wollte Gebrauch von meinem Widerrufsrecht machen, was ich auch per Email gemacht habe. Seitdem sind 8 Wochen vergangen und keine Antwort von GoDaddy.
Habe dann einen Fall bei PayPal eröffnet mit angehängter Mail von meinem Widerruf, jedoch meinte PayPal dann, dass dies nicht rechtens ist bzw. Sie keine ersichtlichen Dokumente haben. Ich war innerhalb der 14 Tage und es war mein volles Recht auf einen Widerruf des Vertrags.
Kurzerhand dann meine Bank angewiesen den von PayPal abgezogenen Betrag von GoDaddy zurückzuziehen und siehe da, eine Mail von GoDaddy kam aufeinmal.
Da hies es nur, dass meine Zahlungsart nicht mehr in Ordnung wäre und ich eine andere wählen solle. Knapp 10 Minuten nach dieser Mail wurde mein Vertrag storniert und meine Website geschlossen (schön und gut). Jedoch auf meine erneute Begründung zu PayPal, dass der Vertrag storniert wurde und ich so oder so einen Widerruf ausgeübt habe, kam nur wieder ne Meldung, dass der Betrag erneut eingezogen wird.
Zudem bekam ich kurz darauf auf meine Mailadresse welche ich bei GoDaddy registriert habe, ständig Mails von irgendwelchen dubiosen Indern, welche meine Website gestalten möchten, natürlich gegen Geld.
Somit gibt GoDaddy persönliche Daten einfach weiter, da ich diese Mailadresse NUR für GoDaddy zum registrieren angelegt habe.
Rechtliche Schritte wegen Datenmissbrauch habe ich bereits in die Wege geleitet, was aber laut Anwalt in einer Sammelklage enden muss bzw. wird, da der Hauptsitz von GoDaddy in den USA liegt.
Also FINGER WEG! wenn ihr nicht abgezockt und von irgendwelchen Indern belästigt werden wollt!
Abzocke! Automatische Verlängerung verursachte 199€ Kosten pro Domain
WAS für eine Abzocke - Ich habe gerade festgestellt, dass GoDaddy unsere Domains für satte 10 Jahre für je 199 € automatisch verlängert hat! Kein Langzeitverlängerungsrabatt. GoDaddy ist eine reine Abzocke - Alles kostet extra und funktioniert dann nicht
Habe über GoDaddy meine neue Firma registriert. Dann SSL (Extra für 99 USD, ist sonst immer inklusive) gebucht. Ab dem Tag war meine Seite nicht mehr aufrufbar. SSL-Fehler, Warnung an alle Kunden "Diese Seite ist unsicher". Nach dem ersten Chat mit einem Indischen Callcenter wurde mir versichert: "Alles ist ok", War es nicht, Keine Änderung. Seite nur mit Warnung "Unsicher" aufrufbar. Der zweite Chat mit einem Inder dauerte etwa 2 Stunden, nun soll alles laufen. Erster Test sagte "ok". Aber abwarten. WARNUNG: Nicht nutzen wenn man nicht mindestens eine Ausbildung als EDX-Techniker hat. Alles was woanders gratis ist., kostet extra. GoDaddy produziert pro Tag ca 10 Fake.Gute.Bewertungen auf "Trustpilot", die so simpel und blöde als Fake erkennbar sind (Kunden erinnern sich an Üzgürs Pzromatimozwiosh exakten Namen, der ja allen so toll geholfen hat). FINGER WEG!
Bloß die Finger weg!!! Es ist so eine schlechte Seite. Der Support ist eine absolute Katastrophe!!! Niemand zu erreichen seit 2,5 Std in der Hotline! Wenn jemand dran geht, wird sofort aufgelegt. NIE WIEDER!
Die sind nur auf Geld aus. Ich hab ein Produkt gekauft und 2h später wieder gelöscht. Am nächsten Tag habe ich den Support angerufen und nach einer Rückerstattung gefragt. "Wir bieten keine Rückerstattung für das Produkt an". Danke dafür.
