I had been using their VPS hosting for 3 years. Lately, one of my customers' PC got infected and sent a number of spam messages, so took all the necessary actions to resolve this issue. A few days after the problem was fixed they suspended my server without a warning for two days ignoring my urgent messages for help and without being able to reach them on the phone. Fortunately, I had a backup of all my files and databases and I was able to move to another hosting company because I didn't know if or when my server would be back online. They said they suspened my server to protect reputation but sInce the problem was fixed and given that they were ignoring me for support I can only assume that they think it's a good idea to punish users instead of helping them which is a very unprofessional behavior.

Besides the fact that I already have the logs and know what happened, in one of your messages you admitted that the server shut down due to spam. Either way, taking two days to respond to an urgent issue shows that something is very wrong with support.
