I have been a customer of Altus Host for the past three years and have been more than satisfied with their services. I have a dedicated server with them and I have found them to be extremely reliable. Their support staff is always available and they are always willing to help whenever I have any questions or issues. The servers are always up and running and I have never had any downtime. Their prices are also very competitive and I have found them to be significantly cheaper than many other hosting providers. All in all, I would highly recommend Altus Host to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider.
la verdad siempre respete esta empresa pero hace unos días contrate un vps que ralmente era un desastre el load super alto muy flojo el rendimiento , el soporte no es de la misma calidad de hace 3 años atrás cuando use un dedicado , al pedir el reembolso por no estar conforme con el rendimiento del vps tras 10 días casi de load alto y la web super lenta con perdida de trafico decidí pedir el reembolso lo cual me respondieron algo inesperado para mi que era un estafador y deshonesto , la falta de respeto hacia mi persona y la gente que trabaja para mi fue terrible ya que el dinero no es lo primordial pero el respeto si , en fin pase un mal momento realmente y para colmo me cerraron el vps sin darme explicación una lastima que esta gran empresa termine de esta manera
You were our client for a couple of years, thank you for that. Most recently you've purchased a VPS Hosting and our support team spent hours of helping you on a transfer of your website and setup of VPS. Due to bad optimization of your website who used a lot of resources, more then VPS itself has, you've decided not to move forward with VPS. And you asked us for a full refund.
A full refund wasn't under our Refund Policy because of two reasons. 1. A full refund is possible only to first-time customers. 2. A full refund is possible if there is justified technical problem with service that we've provided. In this case, our service was ok, but we cannot be responsible for bad optimization of your website scripts and why they used too many resources. And you were our client for years, so not first-time.
After we pointed you to our policies, you then treated that either we refund or you will chargeback transaction. Nobody likes chargebacks, as they lead to additional time spending and decreased reputation with payment processor which may lead to increased fees. And we've already put a lot of efforts into setting up your VPS, our support team spent hours on this.
Do we see such statement from your side as dishonest? Yes, we do. We've issued a full refund, but at the same time asked you to leave to another provider. Why did we ask you to leave? Because of your attitude and disrespect of our time and efforts and it's by our Terms of Services.

hola , la falta de respeto fue del trabajador de la empresa hacia mi y la gente que trabaja con migo llamándonos deshonesto y chantas , que en mi país eso significa estafador , realmente lo mínimo que pido es una disculpa por la falta de respeto después de haber trabajado tantos años con ustedes , lo que me interesa realmente es que pidan perdón a mi y a la gente que trabaja con migo por llamarnos deshonesto y acusarnos de chantaje, nuestros sitios funcionan actualmente perfectamente en nuestro host antiguo , el mal momento y la angustia generada en lo personal nunca creí que una empresa como altushost me pueda ocasionar tal grado de daño moral , un saludo cordial
